I am a lifelong Presbyterian.
I spent most of my adult life working in the heavy construction and engineering business. I had the privilege of working on several large and important projects including Missile Defense Systems, Vietnam construction, Alaska Pipeline, new General Motors plant construction and a major hydroelectric dam on the Columbia River. In between some of these projects I worked a few years in Admiral Rickover’s Nuclear Training Program with a firm training both military and civilian nuclear engineers and plant operators.
After leaving the heavy construction and engineering business I spent 4 years at Cal Poly Pomona and 4 years at Cal State LA as Deputy Executive Director of their Foundation Services.
I began my journey at PCOM a few years ago after a Pastor at another church recommended me to PCOM based on volunteer work I was doing at that church. I have great respect for this congregation and the many talents individuals are willing to share with others.
