I love to cook, especially when preparing meals with my amazing wife, Stephanie. I enjoy reading; mostly historical and creative nonfiction as well as classic literature. My favorite book is Dostoevsky's The Brothers Karamazov. I've long had an important family connection with Fuller Seminary and look forward to continuing my theological education with courses at their Pasadena and Irvine campuses. I am interested in sports, both as a participant and spectator. I specifically like to compete in basketball, soccer, volleyball, tennis and football although I was fortunate enough to join the PCOM Men's Softball Team for a summer and had a great time trying that American pastime on for size. I find joy in playing and listening to all types of music, especially that from decades and centuries past.
